Lake Burien on July 4th

We start out the day with a pancake breakfast at one of homes on the lake. Of course, most arrive via boat. This is always a good time for meeting old and new friends. Later, we have some sort of boat races and parade and a fireworks display around 10 PM. All this while most families have up to 100 guests sharing the festivities. Others, wander from party-to-party all day long.
